William Clevin “W.C.” Toman, Sr, 80, of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Cumberland County on August 23, 1937 to the late David and Monnie Mae Toman.                 

He was lifelong member of Judson Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon for nearly 50 years.
