Teresa Jean Harris

Teresa J. Harris, 67, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at her home.

She was born on March 1, 1954, in Ft. Benning, GA, to the late Marvin and Margie Durham.

Teresa was an avid gardener who loved sharing the great outdoors with her family.  When she was not outside, she would be found cooking for her friends and family.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.  Teresa will be missed immensely by her family and friends.

Left to cherish Teresa’s memory are her husband, John T. Harris; son, William John Ramsey, Jr. and wife Melisa; grandchildren, Jovi, Tori, and Levi Ramsey; siblings, Robert Marvin Durham, Mildred Durham; and David Wayne Durham; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

A funeral service is planned for 2pm on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service.  Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.
