Twila L. Fehlauer, 63, of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019.
She was born in Champagne, IL on May 28, 1956 to Walter E. Fehlauer and the late Margie Fehlauer.
She had a love for children and worked for the Cumberland County School System for many years. She had a nurturing heart and loved taking care of others. After she stopped working she dedicated her time to helping friends in times of need.
Twila was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and Namaw. She treasured her two boys and embraced every moment with them. She adored her “dister” and partner in crime, Pam. She especially loved her role as Namaw. Her grandbabies were her favorite people. She had a vivacious personality, love to talk, and she never met a stranger.
She is survived by her father, Walter E. Fehlauer; sons, LaBroan Land and wife Crystal; Travis Fehlauer and wife Heather; brother, Walter A. Fehlauer; sister, Pam Thomas and husband Gene; grandchildren Logan, Dillon, Jim, Hailey, Cheyenne, Emma, and Allie.
A memorial service will be held at Soul Filling Station Ministries, 1024 Southern Ave., Fayetteville, NC on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The family will receive guest at a dinner immediate following the memorial service.
