Sharon "Sher" Bynum

Sharon "Sher" Bynum, 71, of Stedman, passed away on August 8, 2023.

She was born on December 29, 1951, to the late Marjorie and Marlin Sampson. Also preceding her in death was her stepfather, Herb Vonderembse; son, Scott Jackson; and grandson, Garrett Bynum.

Sharon enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and taking care of her many animals. She loved a good nerf gun war and all who knew her will smile when they think of her.

Left to cherish Sharon’s memory is her husband, Cleo Bynum; children, Ricky Bynum (Wendy), Randy Johns (Lisa), Patricia Schoon (Ryan), DJ Johns (Billie), Mike Johns (Christy), and Brad Bynum (Nancy); 21 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Ann Cupp (Kevin) and Connie Horstman (Joe); and her extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday, August 11, 2023, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. A funeral service is scheduled for 2pm Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. A burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.
