U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Peter Lotito, 56, of 402 DeRose Drive, died Saturday, July 2, 2011, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 11, 2011, at 2 p.m. in Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service & Crematory, 610 Ramsey St. in Fayetteville, with military honors. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Lotito is survived by his wife, Suzanne B. Lotito of Fayetteville; daughters, Jennifer Lotito of Fayetteville, and Jamie Lotito of Fayetteville; stepdaughter, Alyssa Boyd of Janesville, Wis.; stepson, Phillip Boyd of Englewood, Fla.; mother, Frances G. Lotito of Marion; sister, Jill Lotito of Melbourne, Fla.; brother, Jack Lotito of Kannapolis; and seven grandchildren.
