Myong Leonard

Myong (Cindy) Leonard, 69, of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday evening, April 4, 2018 with her son Tony and his wife Christy by her side.

She was born on July 21, 1948 in South Korea .   She was the successful business owner of Boone Trail Barbershop for over 15 years.  Nothing gave her more joy than having her family together.  To many she was a second mother with a heart of gold always ensuring you were warm, and had something to eat, while receiving great advice. Preceding her in death was her husband of 46 years, Robert, and elder son Jeffery Leonard. 

Myong is survived by her son, Tony Leonard and wife Christy, of Cedar Creek; daughter-in-law Dianisha Leonard, and six grandsons.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-7 at Tony’s home, as well as Monday, April 9, 2018 from 11:45 am until 12:45 pm at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Sammy McLamb officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park. The family will hold a reception after the committal services at the residence of her son Tony Leonard and daughter-in-law Christy Leonard.

She truly had a beautiful soul

We guided you to heaven and with no fear of death

Our hands were all joined as you took your last breath
