Ms. Anna Elizabeth Stanford

Anna Elizabeth Stanford, 62, of Fayetteville, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

     She was born in Germany on January 11, 1955 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Aribert and Anna Maria Iwer.

     Anna is survived by her daughter Raymona Iwer-Slaughter and husband Mykael; grandchildren, Alijah Iwer, Mona’e Slaughter, Mykael Slaughter II, Makari Slaughter all of New Jersey; sister, Marita Clayton of Fayetteville; nephew, Kleif Wick of Germany; good friends, Tamara Lee-Reeves and husband Jessie along with her son Sven Lee (step-son to Anna), Tish Slatton, Deb DeVlieger; and her beloved dog, Boo Boo; and many other friends.

     A memorial service is scheduled for 1 pm on Sunday, February 26, 2017, in the chapel of Sullivan’s Highland Funeral service.
