Mrs. Mary Jones Maynor

Mary Genevie Jones Maynor, of Fayetteville, NC, born March 13, 1938, went to be with the Lord on May 29, 2016 at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.

Sis Maynor is a member of Galilee Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Caudie Maynor, Jr. and son William Phillip Maynor.

Sis Maynor is survived by her children; sons Gene Maynor and wife Sandy, Glenn Maynor , and Robert Maynor and wife Linda, daughters Carolyn Thompson, Debbie Maynor, and Kaye Hernandez with husband Dale, all of Fayetteville. She also leaves her long time best friend Carolyn Faircloth of Fayetteville and a host of friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Galilee Freewill Holiness Church with Rev. Jerry Groves officiating.  Burial will follow in Cape Fear Baptist Church Cemetery.
