Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Corbin (Oma), 84, of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 peacefully at her home.
She was born on January 5, 1932 in Japan. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband U.S. Army (Ret.) David Thomas Corbin Jr.
She is survived by three sons David Thomas Corbin, III (Alletta) of Jacksonville, NC, Martin “Mike†A. Corbin of Fayetteville, NC and Donald L. Corbin (Michele) of Fayetteville, NC; two daughters Lillie M. Jackson (Stan) of Jacksonville, NC and Crystal Bullard of Fayetteville, NC; two brothers, of Japan; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 17, 2016, 2016 at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
