Mr. Russell David Haddock
Russell Haddock passed away at home on Friday, September 23, 2016. He was born to the
late Oscar and Annie Haddock in Chicod Township, Pitt County NC, March 7, 1921. Russell retired from
the Army in 1964 and was a WWII veteran. He married Mary Louise Willoughby on November 28th, 1945 and they made their home in Fayetteville, NC.
Russell was preceded in death by a son Dashill Haddock and great grandson Colin McGee.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 70 years, Mary Louise Haddock; granddaughter, Gina Evans (John); great grandson, Jacob McGee (Cypress); great granddaughters, Kelsey Hall (Heath); Allison Gibson, Hannah Gibson and Crystal McGee; great great grandchildren Rodney McGee, Aiden Hall, and Iris McGee.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 30th, 2016
in the Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service Chapel on Ramsey Street at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:45 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Cumberland Memorial Gardens on Raeford Road following the service.
