Mr. Williams was born on September 8, 1969 in Miami, Fl.
He is survived by his two sons, Dustin Williams of Fayetteville, NC and Takoma Williams of Fayetteville, NC; mother, Betty Dow of Vander, NC; father, Bobby Williams, of Miami, FL and stepfather, Joe Dow of Autryville, NC.
A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service.
