Mary L. Scott

Mary L. Scott, 76, of Fayetteville, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

She was born in Mishawaka, IN on December 19, 1943, to the late Monty and Lois Woodring.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William Scott; and sister, Judy Woodring.

Left to cherish Mary’s memory is her sons, Billy Thompson and wife Lynn, Robert Thompson; daughter, Peggy Canady; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; sister, Sally Vance, and her extended family.

A funeral service is planned for 9am on Friday, January 17, 2020, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral Service.  Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
