Marcella was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, John.
She is survived by three children, John Edward Voter, III. and wife Janice, of Raleigh, Cynthia Voter Smith of Fayetteville, and Tina Voter Cleary and husband Jeffrey, of Raeford; six grandchildren, Ashley Voter, Lindsey Cleary-Corriston, Paul Smith Jr., Jeffrey Cleary Jr., Michael Cleary, and John Edward Voter IV.; and three great grandchildren, Devyn Cleary and Jeffrey Cleary III., and Shayna O’Quinn.
The family will be holding a private service.
