Ms. Lisa Marie Chavez, 43, of Fayetteville went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, in the Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center.
Lisa was a loving mother and daughter. She attended Hay Street United Methodist Church.
Lisa is survived by her daughter, Nissa Chavez of Fayetteville; mother, Lee Chavez of Fayetteville; and all her family in New Mexico.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2012, in Hay Street United Methodist Church, with the Rev. David Harvin officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hay Street United Methodist Church, 320 Hay St., Fayetteville NC 28301.
