Laura Biesecker

Laura Biesecker, born on February 20, 1962, in Pensacola, Florida, passed away on December 21, 2025, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, after bravely facing complications related to diabetes. Laura's life was a testament to her strength, commitment, and the love she shared with those around her.

An honorably discharged Military Police Officer, Laura took immense pride in her service, embodying the principles of fairness and honesty throughout her career. Her dedication extended beyond her professional life; Laura was an intelligent and sweet lady with a religious spirit who cherished the bond she shared with her family and friends.

She completed her bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas in an impressive three years, a proud accomplishment that reflected her determination and dedication to education. Additionally, Laura had a variety of interests, including reading and research, crafts, miniature trains, and dollhouses. Her love for learning and creativity was evident in all she pursued.

Laura was passionate about motorcycles and enjoyed many memorable rides. She embraced life on the open road, riding with the Patriot Guard and relishing trips along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. One of her favorite pastimes was packing a sandwich and taking leisurely rides down to the coast to enjoy tranquil picnics on the beach.

The joy Laura found in her loved ones was profound. She is survived by her husband, Graham Beisecker, her siblings Paul Jeffries, Alan Jeffries (and wife Karen), Mark Jeffries (and wife Julie), and Diane Jeffries. Laura was a proud mother to her children: James Jeffries, Jean-Luc Biondo, and Nicole Biondo, as well as a cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren. She also leaves behind joyful memories of her beloved dogs.

Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Andrew Jeffries, and her stepson, Ryan James Beisecker.

A graveside service will be held on January 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The service will provide an opportunity for friends and family to come together to celebrate and honor Laura’s life and legacy.

In remembering Laura Biesecker, we celebrate a life filled with love, adventure, and honor—qualities that she radiated warmly to everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were touched by her kindness and strength.
