Larry Douglas Sullivan

Larry Douglas Sullivan, age 80, of New Roads, Louisiana passed away June 12, 2026, in Fayetteville, NC.

After graduating high school in New Roads, Louisiana he enlisted in the United States Air Force successfully retiring at the rank of Senior Master Sergeant and then moving on to retire as a federal employee of the Civil Service. He held a bachelor's degree in criminal justice.

He will be remembered for his family values, work ethic, and quiet strength during trying times. He always believed in putting your best effort towards a task or goal so that even if things didn't always work out, you can reflect on yourself, hold yourself accountable and push harder next time. After retirement he enjoyed helping his wife with their home garden and was an avid fan of science fiction and horror movies. 

He is survived by his wife, son, sister, and many friends and was preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother.
