Mr. Jeffrey Allen Rackley, 24, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018.

He was born in Cumberland County, NC to the late James David Rackley and his mother Shirley Ann Hall who survives him. He was a automobile mechanic by trade. Jeffrey loved to fish and had a strong love for his family. He put their needs far above his own always.

A true hands on man building anything that he set his mind to. Animals was a passion in his life he loved his dogs.

He is survived by his mother Shirley Ann Hall, of Fayetteville, NC; his girlfriend Vanessa McMillan, of Fayetteville, NC; three sisters Jennifer Rackley, Tina Rackley and Teresa Rackley, all of Fayetteville, NC; and one brother James David Rackley, Jr., of Fayetteville, NC; two aunts Francine Hall (Sam) and Goldia Morrison (Danny) both of Fayetteville, NC; two nieces Samantha Rackley and Alana Gray; nephews, David Rackley, Preston Rackley, Jayden Young, Isaiah Young, Devin Rackley, and Deon Rackley; one nephew soon to be among us, named Grayson James; special cousins Christine, Jamie, Danielle, Steven, Tony Brandon, Scotty, and Laila and many other cousins in the family.

A memorial service is scheduled for 12:00 noon on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Galilee Freewill Holiness Church, 3525 Sunnyside School Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28312 with the Rev. Jerry Groves officiating.

Following the services the family will receive friends at his mother's 2409 Crabtree Court, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
