Jacob E. Weaver-Corum

Jacob Weaver-Corum, 34, of Parkton gained his wings on December 4, 2023.

He was born in Fayetteville, NC to Tracey Shaffer and the late Terry P. Corum.

Jacob enjoyed playing video games, music, cooking and baking with his mom, and was an avid Scooby-Doo fan. Jacob loved watching NFL football and college basketball. Go Tarheels! 

Left to cherish Jacob’s memory are his children, Teagan Corum, Jack Corum, and Dakota Corum; his mother, Tracey Shaffer; grandparents, Darlene and Buster McMichael; siblings, Sean Balkwill, Daniel Corum, Courtney Tabb, Joey McDougall, Matthew Shaffer, and Nikolas Shaffer; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

The family will welcome friends from 4 to 6pm on Sunday, December 10, 2023, at Sullivan’s Highland Funeral service.  His funeral will follow at 6pm in the chapel, officiated by Pastor Ricky Hopper.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
