In Loving Memory of Ivelise “Evie/Evee” Lorelai Bonner

With heavy hearts that will never be the same, we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, niece, and friend, Ivelise “Evie/Evee” Bonner.

There are no words that can truly capture the depth of this loss. Ivelise was more than just a daughter or a sister—she was a light that illuminated every room she entered. She possessed a beautiful heart, an infectious smile, and a spirit that brought warmth, laughter, and love to everyone fortunate enough to have known her. Her kindness, innocence, and unwavering ability to make others feel loved were gifts that can never be replaced.

To her family, Ivelise was everything.

She was the treasured daughter of a mother who loved her beyond measure, the cherished child of her father, a granddaughter who filled her grandparents’ hearts with pride, a cousin whose laughter echoed through family gatherings, and a friend whose loyalty and compassion left lasting impressions on everyone she met.

To her Mother, Father, and big brother, she was so much more than a daughter and little sister.

She was their reason to keep pushing forward through life’s hardest days. She was the reason they fought for what was right, fought for peace, fought beside her, and yes—even fought against her from time to time in the way only a mother, father, and siblings can. Their playful arguments and endless teasing were simply expressions of a bond that could never be broken. That bond remains unshaken, even by her passing.

Though her time on Earth was far too short, Ivelise filled every moment with love that will last a lifetime. The memories she created—the laughter she shared, the hugs she gave, the joy she spread, and the love she poured into those around her—will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

While our hearts ache beyond words, we find comfort in believing that Ivelise has found peace in Heaven. We imagine her running freely, smiling brightly, and reunited with little cat, Baby Rami, watching over all of us until the day we meet again.

Ivelise leaves behind a family forever changed by her absence but forever blessed by her life. Though we will carry the weight of this loss every day, we will also carry her love, her laughter, and her beautiful spirit with us wherever we go.

Our lives will never be the same without you.

You will forever be our brightest light, our sweetest memory, and the piece of our hearts that now lives in Heaven.

Your family will always have your back. We will always love you, protect your memory, and carry you with us every single day. Until the day we meet again, know that you are missed beyond words, loved beyond measure, and remembered beyond time.

Survived by her Mother Dawn Santiago; father Casey Bonner; grandparents Ronnie & Bonnie Bonner; maternal great grandmother Lillian Santos, great grandmother Ada Bonner; aunts Marilyn Santos (Carmelo Serrano), Lily Cerezo (Edgardo Cerezo), Tanya Rodriguez (Joe Rodriguez); uncle Adam Bonner; brother Jonathan Torres, and a multitude of cousins that loved her very much.

Predeceased by great grandparents Olin & Jerrene Falk, Bill Bonner and great uncle David Falk; great grandfather Nelson Santos; Grandmother Nancy Santos; Grandfather Javier Santiago; Uncle Jonathan Betancourt

She was a recent graduate of Jack Britt High-school and was on course to pursue college in order to teach abroad foreign students in Japan the English language. 

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, from 4 to 6 pm at Sullivan's Highland. Her funeral service will follow at 6 pm in the chapel.
