Harry F. Widdows, Jr.

Mr. Harry F. Widdows, Jr., 91, of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021, at his home.

Harry served his country in the US Navy. Upon his discharge, he went to work for Kelly-Springfield Tire Company in Maryland before transferring to Fayetteville to help open the plant here. In all, Harry retired after 48 years with the company.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Harry is survived by his wife, Patricia Widdows of the home; five sons, Thomas Widdows of Charlottesville, VA, Donald Widdows of Fayetteville, William Widdows of Raeford, James Widdows of Atlanta, Ga, and Robert Widdows of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Kelly Widdows, Sara Widdows, Amy Widdows and Brandon Widdows.
