Grace Ellisa Roman

Grace Ellisa Roman, born on October 21, 1964, peacefully passed away on January 2, 2026. She is remembered as a caring and gentle soul whose presence touched the lives of many who had the privilege to know her.

Grace’s journey in life was marked by her exceptional character and unwavering commitment to helping others. Her volunteer work defined who she was, particularly her love for serving at the library and her dedication to her community, where she found joy in assisting those around her. Grace never met a stranger; her approachable demeanor and genuine interest in others made her a cherished friend and confidant to many.

Her strong commitment to service extended beyond her volunteer efforts. Grace proudly served for five years in the Army, an experience that she held dear to her heart. Her dedication to her country was a testament to her selflessness and courage.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emelio and Florence Roman.

A graveside service for Grace will be held at 1pm on Friday, January 9, 2026 at Lafayette Memorial Park - Ramsey Street.

As we remember Grace, we celebrate her legacy of kindness, her quiet strength, and the positive impact she made in the lives of those around her. She will be deeply missed but will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
