FAYETTEVILLE - Felix Ray Cottle, 62, of 626 E. Raynor Drive, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, in Long Leaf Neurological Center in Wilson. Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at 10 a.m. in Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service & Crematory, 610 Ramsey St. in Fayetteville, with the Rev. Archie Barringer and the Rev. Jonathan Watson of Wilmington officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 1311 Shipyard Blvd. in Wilmington. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Cottle was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and retired from Dupont. He is survived by his three sisters, Ann Sasser and husband Charles of Fayetteville, Brenda Wright and husband Buddy of Brunswick County, and Linda Burns and husband Scott of Brunswick County; two brothers, Jim Cottle and wife Joy of Castle Hayne, and John Cottle and wife Laura of Kingsport, Tenn.; two sons, Robert and Stephen Cottle; and a daughter, Jennifer.
