Doris Young Franklin

Doris Anna Franklin, 88, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at Haymount Rehabilitation Center.

She was born in Reading, PA to the late Paul and Elgarda Young on May 10, 1928.

Doris is survived by her daughter Carole and husband R.B. Goforth; son, Mike Franklin and wife Betty of Fayetteville; granddaughter, Lari Goforth Waskey of Raleigh, Faith McGee of Gray’s Creek; grandson, Gary Merrill of Stedman; great grandsons, Tucker Waskey, Britt Waskey, and Kaden Merrill, Blake McGee; and great granddaughter, Anna McGee.

A private family service is planned.
