Dennis Wayne Boyle

Dennis Wayne Boyle, 63 years young, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.

Dennis was born in Nuremberg, Germany and grew up in Fayetteville.  He served in the US Marines for two years, stationed at Camp Lejeune.  Dennis worked at Cutler Hammer for 17 years and retired in 2008. 

There was never a dull moment with Dennis around.  If you had something that couldn’t be broken, just hand it to him, and true to his name Dennis the Menace, he would.  He loved his motorcycle, dogs of all kinds, and just being at home with family and working in his yard.  Not too long ago he fell in love with a horse down the street named Baby and spoiled her everyday feeding her apples.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Boyle.

Dennis is survived by his mother, Mary Boyle; two sisters, Shirley Pruitt and Libby Paris; wife, Deanna Boyle with whom he shared 34 years of wedded bliss; two stepsons, Jason Golden and Jerad Golden; five grandchildren, Victoria, Dakota, Jordan, Joshua and Samantha; three great grandchildren, Annabelle, Addaline, and Allanna.

Services will be private.
