Audrey Elizabeth Dishman

FAYETTEVILLE - Audrey "Liz" Dishman, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011. She was 55 years old. Mrs. Dishman is survived by her nephews, Joshua Carbaugh of Wise, Va., and Aaron Carbaugh of Long Island, N.Y.; her aunt, Janie Long of Lebanon, Va.; special friends, Brenda Wheeler of Fayetteville and Tanna Inscore of Johnson, Tenn.; and so many other close friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Dishman.

Mrs. Dishman worked at the Cumberland County Health Department and was a member of Covenant Love Church and the Rahma Prayer Ministries. There will be a funeral service held at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, June 28, 2011, with visitation from 1 to 2 p.m., at Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service & Crematory.

Burial will take place privately in Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Cancer Center. Services entrusted to Sullivan's Highland Funeral Service & Crematory of Fayetteville.
